Fruiting Bodies: Yoga & Meditation

A mushroom microdose-assisted yoga practice.
Celebrating the autumn season and October’s mood by candlelight. Sunray Yoga in collaboration with The Sacred Mushroom (a fully licensed and legal psilocybin service center) have teamed together in a new program of combining the healing qualities of micro dosing mushrooms and yoga together in a group setting. Oregon is the first state in the US where psilocybin assisted therapy is legal and professional guidelines are in place.
What to expect:
We’ll set clear intentions before we begin our microdose journey. A psilocybin assisted facilitator will be present for the entire experience. Sunray will lead the group in a guided meditation followed by a grounded & reflective yoga practice to honor this cycle of release and letting go in our lives. Prepare for deep rest and integration at the end of the session including live crystal bowl vibrations.
What to bring:
- A yoga mat if you have one you love.
- Comfy clothes
- Intentions for the session
Cost: $80 + cost of psilocybin.
Psilocybin ranges from $20-$40 depending on the dose size. Cash for the psilocybin is collected the day of the event.

How to sign up:
Oregon Health Authority (OHA) regulations require that all participants complete a series of forms and speak with a TSM state licensed facilitator at least 24 hours prior to the event. Once you have registered for the event, we will send you a link to the required forms and will have a facilitator contact you.
