How to sign up:
Oregon Health Authority regulations require that all participants complete a series of forms and speak with a TSM state licensed facilitator at least 24 hours prior to the event. Once you have registered for the event, we will send you a link to the required forms and a facilitator contact you.

Cost: $60 plus the cost of psilocybin paid in cash on the day of the session. Psilocybin ranges from $20 to $40 contingent on the dose you choose.
